Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored advice on suitable off-plan properties.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Dubai property developers, off-plan projects, communities, pricing, and current market trends.
- Sell off-plan properties, including new launches and developer projects, effectively converting leads into clients and closing transactions.
- Advise buyers and investors on payment plans and suitable property opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Work independently while demonstrating self-motivation and a commercial focus.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai off-plan market and relevant property developers.
- Proven track record in selling off-plan properties.
- Valid UAE driving license.
