Responsibilities
- Engage and assist clients in the buying process of off-plan properties.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan projects, developers, payment plans, and emerging communities.
- Convert sales leads into clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates with a proven sales track record in luxury sales may also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience selling off-plan properties and collaborating with investors or end-users.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Self-motivated and commercially focused, with the capability to work independently.
