Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge of off-plan properties to effectively engage clients and facilitate sales.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of property launches, payment plans, and developer offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to negotiate and close deals.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to drive results.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• Experience or strong knowledge of off-plan property sales preferred.
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
