Responsibilities
- Utilize your knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors while effectively negotiating property deals.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing transactions.
- Stay informed about property developers, project launches, and payment plans to provide accurate insights to clients.
- Achieve and exceed designated sales targets to drive personal and company success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
- Preferred experience with Dubai off-plan real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and investor relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team environment.
