Off-Plan Property Consultant

About the Role
Join a dynamic brokerage based in Dubai that specializes in both residential and commercial properties, focusing on secondary and off-plan markets. You will leverage over 7 years of Dubai market experience, utilizing RERA-certified expertise and a client-first approach to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify their needs and preferences in real estate
• Convert leads into transactions through effective communication and negotiation
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan developments

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• Experience in Dubai off-plan market preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Contract & Compensation
