About the Role
The company is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage that specializes in off-plan and secondary-market opportunities across residential and commercial property. We combine strong developer relationships, market intelligence, and a client-focused approach to deliver results. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team, bringing experience in Dubai real estate brokerage, particularly in off-plan sales.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into viewings, reservations, and completed transactions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Stay informed about Dubai developers, off-plan launches, and investment opportunities
• Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage, preferably in off-plan sales
• Good understanding of Dubai developers and their off-plan offerings
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Currently based in Dubai
