- Utilize your UAE real estate sales experience, especially within the off-plan market, to drive sales.
- Maintain a good understanding of Dubai developers, their launches, payment plans, and new projects.
- Stay informed about Dubai communities, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Manage buyer inquiries efficiently and conduct engaging presentations.
- Employ strong negotiation skills to close transactions and foster client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UAE real estate sales, ideally in the off-plan sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate market dynamics.
- Strong ability to engage and convert leads, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Self-motivated with a commercially focused mindset.
