About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a solid background in real estate and luxury sales, particularly in off-plan property transactions. You will leverage your experience to meet sales targets while benefiting from our extensive support and resources.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales efforts for residential and commercial properties, focusing on secondary and off-plan sales.
• Utilize strong developer relationships to facilitate deals and enhance client offerings.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market and upcoming developments.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
• Work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales.
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market and new developments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Romanian language skills preferred.
