As an Off Plan Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market to convert leads into successful property transactions. Responsibilities

• Utilize a strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan market, including new launches, key developers, communities, and various payment plans.
• Engage with leads to convert them into clients, demonstrating effective sales performance and the ability to secure transactions.
• Maintain awareness of property investment opportunities and current market trends that could influence client decisions.
• Establish and foster strong relationships with clients through excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Work independently with self-motivation and a strong commercial focus to meet personal and company sales goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance your outreach and visibility in the property market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates with luxury sales backgrounds and a proven sales record are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market.
• Experience in selling off-plan residential or commercial properties.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and effectively.
