Off Plan Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Property Consultant with experience in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market and demonstrate a proven ability to convert leads into clients and transactions. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid track record in real estate sales, capable of thriving in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market, including an understanding of various developers, projects, payment plans, and market trends.
• Actively participate in off-plan property sales and project launches.
• Demonstrate sales performance by effectively converting leads into clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Work independently while remaining self-motivated and commercially focused.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates with a strong sales record in luxury sales may also be considered.
• Proven experience specifically in off-plan property sales.
• Valid UAE driving license.
