Office IT Solution Advisor

As an Office IT Solution Advisor at the company, you will serve as the primary in-person point of contact for delivering technological solutions to our consultants, partners, and internal colleagues. Your role involves providing a concierge-level IT experience, managing logistics such as shipments and customs, and offering calm and effective support in challenging situations.

You will be responsible for understanding and addressing your colleagues' technological needs, sharing insights with global IT teams, and planning for both virtual and in-person events. Your work is critical in empowering teams to operate efficiently and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Familiarity with standard IT applications for Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Agile and empathetic personality with a calm demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
