Officer - Access Management Control

The Officer - Access Management Control is responsible for ensuring timely handling of user access management related requests and inquiries for ADIB UAE & International. This role involves setting up new applications, profiles, or groups in different systems, as well as maintaining existing profiles, groups, privileges, access rights, and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage access provisioning and de-provisioning; handle access requests (granting new access, modification, enabling, disabling, and revoking) according to established processes and approvals within agreed turnaround times.
• Execute approved SPCR and parameter change requests in various applications.
• Address internal customers' urgent requests and complaints, attend calls, and resolve access-related issues.
• Conduct periodic system access reviews and access entitlement assessments for departments, branches, and IBG as per plan and requests from department heads.
• Participate in the testing of new systems or enhancements of existing functionalities related to user administration.
• Collaborate with IT to follow up on raised issues and tickets, maintaining proper tracking of these requests.
• Act as backup for other UAM staff, participate in RCSA testing, and handle special tasks assigned by the Head of UAM and Controls.
• Investigate end-user issues and complaints, and report and escalate any serious concerns or delays in response to line management and the Head of Control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Experience in IT security and access management.
• Knowledge in Identity and Access Management.
