About the Job:
The company, headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline shaping the future of flying. The airline aims to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub. They are searching for a highly organized and passionate professional to coordinate and administer technical training programmes and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) within the Engineering & Maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure technical training compliance in a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Manage and coordinate training activities encompassing aircraft type training, regulatory courses, safety programmes, and company procedures.
• Administer the LMS and maintain accurate training records.
• Monitor licenses, certification, and recurrent training validity for proactive renewals and compliance with regulations from governing bodies such as GACA, EASA, FAA, and ICAO.
• Generate compliance reports for management and audits, liaise with training providers and regulators, and support initiatives for continuous improvement in training administration processes.

About You:
You should be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or technical records management within an airline or MRO environment. Familiarity with aviation training standards and audit requirements is highly desirable.
