Position

The Officer IT Help Desk & Support will provide first-level support for IT incidents and service requests. Key responsibilities include logging and tracking issues using ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine), troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting users with system access, VPN, and email issues, installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and printers, and escalating unresolved issues to relevant IT teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support/help desk
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or related field
Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of networking
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of Active Directory (user management)

Preferred Certifications:

Certifications in software development or relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Developer, Oracle, AWS) are an advantage.
