Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy intuitive dashboards that convert complex data into clear visuals and actionable narratives to aid decision-making and business objectives related to network planning and scheduling.
- Conduct evaluations and impact analyses of network changes (e.g., capacity deployments, aircraft swaps, new routes) utilizing predictive analytics.
- Support the analytics and business intelligence needs of the Network Planning and Scheduling team.
- Assist in delivering analytical components for special projects requiring unique business intelligence and machine learning expertise, such as new hub analysis and airline start-ups.
- Develop and maintain data sources and data flows in Tableau and other analytical tools, ensuring data accuracy, validity, and integrity.
- Apply machine learning algorithms and build data models for analyzing time series data for forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend analysis.
- Contribute to the analytics components of the annual Budget Operating Plan exercise.
- Design blended analytical models combining multiple data sources to generate insights aligned with strategic goals and key performance indicators.
- Assist with risk assessment activities and ensure compliance with the company's Information Security Regulations (ISR) protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) field.
- Fluent in English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Preferred experience in airline network planning or operations.
- Background as a Data Scientist/Analyst with proficiency in environments such as Python or R, and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
- Certification in Data Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy is preferred.

ISR Requirements:
- Comply with ISR policies and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- Complete required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in daily operations.
