Officer – Supplier Enablement & Process Improvement

About the Role
We are seeking a professional with vendor onboarding expertise and hands-on experience in automation or transformation projects specifically for a banking client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supplier registration process while supporting automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier registration, documentation, due diligence, and compliance screening.
• Gather, cleanse, and validate vendor data to support accurate records and system readiness.
• Support vendor onboarding automation and transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering and process improvement.
• Participate in UAT, testing, issue tracking, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, business users, Compliance, and technology teams to complete operational and project deliverables.
• Maintain supplier records in Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP and prepare progress reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in vendor onboarding, supplier management, or procurement, preferably within banking.
• Strong understanding of vendor onboarding processes, due diligence, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated involvement in a vendor onboarding automation or transformation project.
• Hands-on experience in data gathering, cleansing, and validation.
• Practical involvement in requirements, process improvement, UAT/testing, or implementation, with clearly defined project deliverables.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP, strong Excel skills, and effective stakeholder communication.
