About the Job: The main objective of this role is to execute and support component and tooling repair activities by managing repair orders, coordinating with vendors, and performing analytical activities to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective repair processing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Raising, updating, and tracking repair orders in the maintenance system as per established procedures.
  • Maintaining and updating accurate repair status, documentation, and approved vendor lists for component visibility and compliance.
  • Liaising with repair vendors and MROs to obtain quotations, clarify scope of work, and follow up on repair status and delivery timelines.
  • Identifying new repair vendors, gathering vendor information and capabilities to ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Planning, monitoring, and reviewing component repair progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinating with logistics for the dispatch and receipt of components and tools under repair.
  • Maintaining complete documentation related to tools and equipment repair and calibration activities.
  • Processing warranty claims and ensuring alignment with contractual terms.
  • Supporting data-driven decision making by providing structured analysis and insights on repair activities.
  • Highlighting trends and inefficiencies in repair data and escalating findings for corrective action.
  • Collaborating with Engineering & Maintenance teams to align repair activities with operational requirements.
  • Evaluating repair options based on cost, urgency, and operational needs.
  • Reviewing and validating repair invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in aviation component repair administration, vendor coordination, and component support programs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory planning tools.
  • Relevant aviation or supply chain certifications are an advantage.
