Officer - Technical Training Records

As the Officer – Technical Training Records, you will coordinate, administer, and manage technical training programs for our Engineering & Maintenance division at Riyadh Air, headquartered in the Saudi Capital. Your responsibilities include maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training content is current, keeping records accurate for compliance, planning and scheduling technical training courses, monitoring training validity and renewals, generating compliance reports for management and audits, and liaising with regulators, training providers, and internal stakeholders. Your work will support the readiness and compliance of our technical teams, ensuring Riyadh Air operates to the highest standards of safety and excellence.

Location: Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

About You: You should be degree-qualified in Aviation, Engineering, Training Management, or a related field, with 3 - 5 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or technical records management within an airline or MRO environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Additional training in LMS administration, aviation training compliance, or experience working directly with regulators on audit requirements will be advantageous.
