Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt the corporate Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) checklist to align with local legislation.
- Conduct on-site Health & Safety inspections and collect supporting evidence.
- Identify and prioritize compliance gaps and necessary corrective actions.
- Prepare clear, structured audit documentation and action plans.
- Collaborate closely with local management, Building Managers, and contractors.
- Provide detailed reports in English to the OHSE Project Director.
Ideal Profile:
- Strong knowledge of local OH&S regulations.
- Proven experience in H&S audits and site inspections.
- A recognized Health & Safety qualification is preferred.
- Fluency in the local language, with a strong command of English.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- A practical and commercially minded approach, with a strong commitment to evidence integrity.
