Functional Responsibilities
- Train subordinates and form a cohesive team for effective workflow.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate responsibilities to subordinates for respective assignments.
- Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation among subordinates.
- Execute planned activities to meet operational and developmental targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
- Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
- Resolve any problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues as necessary.
- Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products or processes.
- Coordinate written systems, policies, and procedures while seeking automation opportunities.
- Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined work activities to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
