We are seeking Associate/Engagement Managers to lead project teams in the Government and Public Institutions sector.
Responsibilities

Associates:
- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying key aspects and directing the focus of junior consultants.
- Effectively plan and execute analysis while identifying core issues in complex analyses to craft suitable recommendations.
- Work alongside clients and project team members to advance projects and manage small teams to complete tasks.
- Provide unique insights into the subject area chosen.

Engagement Managers:
- Serve as the on-scene leaders running our projects daily.
- Guide the team through an effective problem-solving process from initial hypothesis collection to convergence on a solution.
- Ensure that recommendations are practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
- Demonstrate thought leadership at the strategic level and command of all technical and operational details of execution.
- Foster strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Your Attributes and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experience in Media, Creative Industries, or Video Gaming.
- Proven experience advising government entities on regulatory and sector development mandates in these sectors, preferably in GCC.
- Strong background in strategic problem-solving and demonstrable analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
