Responsibilities
- Engagement Managers will run projects on a day-to-day basis, leading teams through problem-solving processes and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will utilize thought leadership and manage both strategic execution and technical details. Effective communication and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
- Principals will provide expert leadership on complex projects, collaborating closely with client relationships and the commercial process. You will guide and influence senior clients, ensuring timely delivery that meets or exceeds goals, while also contributing to business development and intellectual capital creation.
Your Attributes and Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experience in Media, Creative Industries, or Video Gaming.
- Background in advising government entities on regulatory and sector development mandates, preferably in the GCC.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
