Role and Responsibilities
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead teams in driving day-to-day project execution. This involves:
- Guiding your team through a structured problem-solving process from hypothesis formulation to solution validation.
- Ensuring that recommendations are practical, relevant, and cohesive.
- Demonstrating thought leadership both strategically and operationally.
- Cultivating strong relationships and maintaining exceptional communication skills throughout project delivery.
As a Principal, you will take a senior role in managing complex client projects and the commercial aspect of client relationships. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of project milestones on time and in accordance with agreed goals.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping their thinking and producing high-quality outputs.
- Identifying new and expanded business opportunities while contributing to thought leadership.
- Developing team members and building your personal professional brand within and outside the firm.
Your Attributes and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Background in Media, Creative Industries, or Video Gaming.
- Expertise in advising government entities on regulatory and sector development initiatives within these sectors, preferably in the GCC.
- Strong analytical abilities and a solid background in strategic problem-solving.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a reputable academic institution.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
