On-site Analyst IT Infrastructure - Procurement

The onsite analyst will be actively involved in supporting daily operations, with a particular focus on procurement, invoicing, and regular follow-ups to ensure smooth operations. The analyst should possess a basic understanding of IT to effectively engage with the various devices and solutions used within the company. This combination of operational support and technical awareness is crucial for enhancing the team's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise purchase requisitions upon receiving requirements.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with all concerned teams for pending items, both internally and externally.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is essential.
• Basic finance knowledge regarding Capex/Opex, Accruals is necessary.
• Ensure timely execution of assignments.
• Provide Level 1 desktop support when required.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and renewals.
• Analyze pricing, compare vendor proposals, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, finance, and legal departments.
• Manage multitasking efficiently.
• Conduct technical evaluations.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT procurement.

Education Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, IT, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent vendor training plus relevant experience may be considered.
