Onboarding Analyst

About the Job:
We are looking for an Onboarding Analyst to join our team at the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time on-site position. Responsibilities:

• Provide good Production Support at the L2 level to analyze issues to their root.
• Employ knowledge of Azure, DEVOPS, and DBA.
• Configure tidal jobs and manage batch scripting.
• Handle client tasks independently.
• Understand basic programming languages such as Unix, PowerShell, and Python.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Assist with UAT and SIT/Dev Support.
• Manage Release and Deployment processes.
• Familiarize with automation tools and have exposure to disaster recovery environments.
• Implement access control in UAT/PROD.
• Engage in client handling and work across multiple teams/interfaces.
• Utilize ticketing systems and have exposure to PL/SQL or any database.
• Knowledge of DB restore and backup processes.
• Implement improvements and communicate them effectively.
• Exhibit scripting/automation skills.
• Have cloud exposure, preferably in Azure or AWS.
