Responsibilities:

Provide good Production Support at the L2 level to analyze issues to their root.
Employ knowledge of Azure, DEVOPS, and DBA.
Configure tidal jobs and manage batch scripting.
Handle client tasks independently.
Understand basic programming languages such as Unix, PowerShell, and Python.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Assist with UAT and SIT/Dev Support.
Manage Release and Deployment processes.
Familiarize with automation tools and have exposure to disaster recovery environments.
Implement access control in UAT/PROD.
Engage in client handling and work across multiple teams/interfaces.
Utilize ticketing systems and have exposure to PL/SQL or any database.
Knowledge of DB restore and backup processes.
Implement improvements and communicate them effectively.
Exhibit scripting/automation skills.
Have cloud exposure, preferably in Azure or AWS.
