Onsite Project Manager for Oracle HCM/ERP cloud

Cognizant is seeking an Onsite Project Manager for Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of relevant project management experience and a comprehensive understanding of outcome-based fixed bid constructs, along with proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional project management services while located at the client site.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience
• Detailed understanding of planning, dependency management, risk and issue management frameworks
• Proficiency in resource, cost, budget, and schedule management
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Background in Oracle ERP/EBS/Cloud
• Significant stakeholder management skills
• Experience with an Indian system integrator, both onsite and offshore
• Familiarity with managing teams based in India
• Hands-on experience with multiple HCM/ERP modules
• Skilled in managing project productivity, quality of deliverables, and fulfillment of Statement of Work (SOW) obligations

Preferred Knowledge

• Basic knowledge in any of the following HCM Cloud Modules is a plus:
  • Core HR
  • Absences
  • Workforce Compensation
  • OTL
  • Payroll
  • ORC

Experience required

• 15 to 18 years
