Seclore protects and controls digital assets to help enterprises prevent data theft and achieve compliance. Permissions and access to digital assets can be granularly assigned and revoked, or dynamically set at the enterprise level, including when shared with external parties. Our asset discovery and automated policy enforcement enable enterprises to adapt to changing security threats and regulatory requirements in real-time and at scale.
Role Overview:
We are looking for self-motivated and highly energetic individuals who can think of multiple solutions for a given problem while working in a super-agile environment. As the primary point of contact, you will provide technical support to enterprise customers at their location. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to real-time email or voice call queries.
- Advocating for the customer to address their concerns and issues effectively.
- Developing expertise in Seclore products and their functionalities.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues in unique and complex customer environments.
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Conducting research on operating systems, infrastructure technologies, and Seclore products as needed.
- Participating in new product releases and ongoing training.
Areas of Work:
- Support: Assist users in operating Seclore applications and troubleshoot software malfunctions.
- Consulting: Provide insights to the Customer Success Manager regarding new requirements and conduct periodic system health checks.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows Client, Linux).
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
- Strong foundation in networking principles and familiarity with relational database principles (MS-SQL, Oracle).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and diagnostic tools (Process Monitor, Wireshark).
