This full-time, onsite role as an Onsite Support Engineer in Riyadh requires the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks.
- Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Desktop software and hardware technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues on Windows Clients (End user machines).
- Experience with Service management tools.
- Good knowledge of EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers and scanners.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge.
- A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus.
