Open Finance Tech PM

About the Job:
Virtusa is seeking an Open Finance Tech PM to lead the end-to-end delivery of Open Finance and Digital Asset initiatives from inception to production rollout. This role will involve defining project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics aligned with business OKRs. The candidate will manage multi-vendor delivery streams, including FinTech, custodians, and blockchain service providers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Chairing project governance forums, risk reviews, and steering committees.
• Tracking regulatory dependencies (CBUAE Open Finance Framework, VARA, FSRA, ESCA) to ensure compliance.
• Partnering with enterprise architects to define reference architecture for Open APIs, consent management, digital identity, and data exchange.
• Coordinating with solution architects and engineering teams for secure, scalable, cloud-ready implementation.
• Evaluating and integrating emerging DLT/blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Corda, Hyperledger Fabric).
• Driving proof-of-concepts for tokenized assets, programmable payments, and interoperability with existing core banking systems.
• Ensuring adherence to internal DevSecOps, CI/CD, and model-risk/governance processes.
• Serving as the single point of contact between Business Sponsors, Technology, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
• Managing onboarding and oversight of third-party technology providers to ensure SLA adherence and contractual compliance.
• Translating technical progress into executive-level dashboards for clear communication and escalation management.
• Defining and monitoring key delivery KPIs (velocity, throughput, incident closure rates).
• Coordinating UAT and non-functional testing (performance, security, resilience).
• Driving change control and release management in line with the Bank's TMO standards.
