Responsibilities:
- Investigate corporate entities and individuals to assess financial, legal, and reputational risks.
- Conduct deep-dive open-source intelligence (OSINT) and public record research.
- Identify ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) and map complex corporate control structures.
- Screen subjects for anti-money laundering, corruption, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify trends of abnormal or malicious activity to map out networks of bad actors.
- Document research thoroughly, including steps taken and conclusions drawn.
- Liaise with other teams to assist and gather information.
- Provide feedback based on analyses to enhance the company’s risk framework.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- High level of passion and commitment to the work performed.

- Highly motivated to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of open-source investigations (OSINT) and corporate due diligence.

- Excellent research and writing skills; ability to communicate findings clearly.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in a language other than English (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or Turkish is preferred).
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics and experience in researching cyber-crime.
- Basic understanding of DNS and IP address analysis.
