Position

The company is seeking an OpenText Admin to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, clustering, service pack updates, and release upgrades of xECM. Key responsibilities include monitoring system health, handling L2/L3 incident support, troubleshooting, and managing integrations with SAP S/4HANA. Competence in configuring and supporting OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential.
