OpenText Admin

The company is seeking an OpenText Admin to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, clustering, service pack updates, and release upgrades of xECM. Key responsibilities include monitoring system health, handling L2/L3 incident support, troubleshooting, and managing integrations with SAP S/4HANA. Competence in configuring and supporting OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential. Experience with xECM integrations, particularly with SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, clustering, and release upgrades of xECM.
• Monitor system health and performance tuning.
• Handle incident support and request fulfillment at L2/L3 levels.
• Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA and daily operational tasks.
• Administer user roles, permissions, and security policies.
• Configure and maintain OTDS and SSO.
• Experience with xECM-SuccessFactors integration is preferred.
