OpenText Administration

As part of the company, you will be responsible for administering OpenText platforms including Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS, and Extended ECM (xECM). Your role will include managing users, groups, roles, permissions, and security policies; troubleshooting platform, application, and integration issues; coordinating with infrastructure, database, SAP Basis, and network teams; and performing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery validation.

Responsibilities Include:

Installation & Upgrade:

• Install and configure OpenText applications.
• Plan and execute version upgrades and patching activities.
• Conduct upgrade rehearsals and cutover planning.

SAP Integration:

• Administer SAP ArchiveLink integrations.
• Support document archiving and retrieval processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• OpenText Content Server Administration
• OpenText Archive Server
• OpenText Extended ECM (xECM)
• OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
• OpenText Archive Center

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of OpenText administration experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle OpenText implementations.
• Successful completion of a minimum of 2 OpenText upgrade projects.
• Experience with OpenText and SAP integration projects.
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs is highly preferred.
