Operation Manager - E-Commerce

The Operation Manager - E-Commerce is responsible for providing strategic direction to Last Mile (LM) team members in the store. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction with online services regarding freshness, quality, fulfillment, and delivery of orders. The role also involves taking a leading role in resolving any issues that arise in the LM field.

Responsibilities

• Implement an effective operating model for e-Commerce Last Mile deliveries using internal and/or third-party service providers.
• Develop detailed processes, quality control measures, and KPIs for a seamless and effective last mile operation.
• Review daily reporting for all internal/external customers to assess performance and manage full order processing.
• Liaise with the IT team to address issues impacting daily operations and ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify optimal solutions for delivering goods to customers, enhancing the customer experience while managing costs effectively.
• Oversee service contracts with logistics providers/suppliers, ensuring compliance and accurate application.
• Ensure that logistics service providers and suppliers upload correct information and documents in the Transport Delivery System.
• Manage cash handling procedures during last mile operations according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce or Business Administration.
• 5 – 7 years of professional experience in supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, and last mile operations.
• Commercial knowledge preferred.
