You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across product, program management, instock and fulfillment teams to streamline processes and improve operational outcomes. In this role, you will lead initiatives end-to-end — from diagnosing gaps to designing and implementing fixes. You will work with internal tools and data to build scalable solutions, support process improvement projects and actively participate in cross-functional forums. The expectation is that you bring both analytical rigour and a bias for action — comfortable in ambiguity and able to move fast without losing accuracy.

Requirements

Key Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain operational dashboards to track key customer engagement metrics, supply chain and instock metrics across the network.
- Drive data analytics to surface insights, identify trends and support decision-making across the team.
- Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders — making the right data accessible at the right time.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.
- Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment and planning teams to improve operational performance.
- Take ownership of operational challenges, analyse data end-to-end and implement corrective actions.
- Source store-level pricing and promotions and execute using internal tools.
- The role may require occasional weekend coverage but will not exceed a 5-day work week.
