This is a risk management role supporting the implementation of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework, with an initial focus on incident management and related activities. The role requires a proactive and confident individual with good analytical skills. The person responsible for this position will be asked to support the execution and implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework throughout the company. A keen eye for detail and a strong appetite to learn and be tested in different areas are essential, along with a sound work ethic and a desire for self-development.

Key Accountabilities
- Providing proactive support to the Operational Risk Management team on all matters.
- Over time, and with appropriate training, assist with the following:
Operational Risk Management Tools:
- Support the business in managing operational risk incidents and losses.
- Facilitate the identification and assessment of key operational risk exposures within the company in accordance with the company’s ORM Framework and related procedural standards.
- Aid in the management of issues and ensure timely implementation of actions.
- Assist in the identification and assessment of key risk indicators.
- Help update and monitor operational risk data using the Group Operational Risk Management platform.
- Support the collation of data for regular reports on operational risk profiles, analysis, and exposures.
Program Management:
- Support the implementation and development of ORM programs and tools such as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), incident management, and issues & actions management within the company.
- Assist in the implementation of ORM policies and procedures within the company.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with co-workers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to learn rapidly.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical (including qualitative analysis), research, quantitative skills, and proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Previous Experience
- No specific work experience requirement; however, a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
- This position is open to UAE National fresh graduates.
