Key Responsibilities
Crypto Operations:
- Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions
- Monitor and document staking, bridging, and smart contract interactions
- Own trade lifecycle processes: trade capture, margin tracking, settlements, and reconciliation
- Support operational security processes and escalate issues as needed
Middle & Back Office Operations:
- Execute post-trade processes including daily reconciliations, margin management, collateral monitoring, and trade settlements
- Maintain data accuracy across fund administration, prime broker, and custody partners — and effectively challenge discrepancies
- Own internal dashboards, operational reporting, and procedure documentation
Operational Execution:
- Execute core business operations including compliance procedures and vendor coordination
- Facilitate seamless workflows between research, trading, compliance, and technology teams
- Identify inefficiencies and spearhead process improvement and automation initiatives
- Track and report on operational KPIs and process metrics
Technology & Infrastructure Support:
- Liaise with engineering on system monitoring and incident documentation
- Support business continuity testing and documentation
- Assist in implementing and maintaining middle/back office technology platforms
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in operations at a hedge fund, trading firm, or cryptocurrency financial services business
- Direct experience with digital asset operations, including custody, settlements, and DeFi workflows, is strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail; must be adept at spotting errors in complex data sets
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with rapidly shifting priorities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured manner without oversight
- Strong communicator who is clear, direct, and proactive when collaborating with teams
- Exposure to exchange or counterparty operations is considered a bonus
- Bachelor's degree is required; a background in finance, technology, or business is preferred

Contract and Travel Details
This role may involve occasional travel for operational meetings and training sessions, though most work will be conducted on-site or remotely based on team needs.
