You will serve as the primary interface between the Operational Readiness Office, project delivery teams, operations, and functional stakeholders, providing governance, reporting, and performance management on a workstream level.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the workstream Operational Readiness plan aligned to the overall OR roadmap and project milestones.
- Define workstream scope, deliverables, key milestones, resource requirements, and readiness criteria.
- Lead the execution of all workstream readiness activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Monitor progress against the plan and provide weekly and monthly status updates to the Operational Readiness Office.
- Manage workstream governance, including action tracking, decision logs, issue management, and escalation of risks.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate workstream-specific risks, gaps, and constraints impacting readiness.
- Coordinate interfaces and dependencies between project, business readiness, commissioning, and operational readiness workstreams.
- Facilitate workstream meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Prepare input for management, steering committee, and executive reporting.
- Support readiness reviews, stage-gate assessments, and operational acceptance activities.
- Obtain stakeholder approvals and sign-off for readiness deliverables and handover requirements.
- Drive problem-solving and issue resolution to maintain readiness commitments and first production targets.

Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience
- 4 years’ experience in management consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Availability to travel as required to support client engagements at the project site in Jubail
- Proven experience in:
- Leading small consulting engagements or discrete workstreams
- Operational Readiness and ramp-up to stable operations
- Demonstrated experience across both delivery and business development support
- Experience in complex operating industries (e.g. mining, manufacturing) is strongly preferred
