If so, the company Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire an Operations Executive (KSA) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, and manage 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on the last mile.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the company policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently.
• Motivate, coach, report, and provide feedback on associates’ performance, including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety, to achieve or exceed the company expectations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding the safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Drive performance management of store team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
• Stand in for ACES Managers.
