Operations Executive (KSA)

The company Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking for an Operations Executive (KSA) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, and manage 3P Store Operations and Delivery Service Partners (DSP) on the last mile.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the company policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently.
• Motivate, coach, report, and provide feedback on associates’ performance, focusing on productivity, quality, and safety to achieve or exceed the company expectations.
• Monitor Operations metrics that directly impact customers and the business.
• Conduct daily standups with the operations team.
• Maintain and optimize ACES tools.
• Conduct trainings for delivery partners.
