Key Responsibilities

Managing, on a daily basis, end-to-end operations for a combination of small sites.
Supervising last mile operations while meeting customer-facing metrics and maintaining cost targets and team morale.
Driving performance management of your team members and preparing training and development plans for riders.
Continuously improving the delivery process and attaining a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
Standing in for the Area Manager as necessary.
