If so, the company Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire an Operations Executive (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, and manages 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on last mile.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing, on a daily basis, end-to-end operations for a combination of small sites.
• Supervising last mile operations while meeting customer-facing metrics and maintaining cost targets and team morale.
• Driving performance management of your team members and preparing training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improving the delivery process and attaining a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
• Standing in for the Area Manager as necessary.
