Operations Executive (UAE)

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, and run 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on last mile.

Responsibilities

• Manage, on a daily basis, end-to-end operations for a combination of small sites.
• Supervise Last mile operations, meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding the safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Drive performance management of your team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
