Operations Executive (UAE)

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking for a Team lead for our Ultra Fast Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, on a daily basis, end-to-end operations for a combination of small sites, supervising Last mile operations, and meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding the safety and morale of your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance management of your team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain sustained delivery performance improvement.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager as necessary.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in Saudi Arabia to analyze, implement, and monitor best practice solutions.
