Operations Integration Team Member

We are a team with an aim to introduce low-cost automation solutions to the MENA region. The right candidate will support the Operations Integration team in various activities related to project and lab management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project administration including PO/vendor management and delivery tracking with vendors.
• Support on the floor for projects during the trials/pilot phase, including data recording through the company portals and time-motion studies.
• Lead the lab equipment running and own the equipment usage intake by other teams, providing training as needed.
• Manage connections with new vendors for equipment to build MENA's own vendor base.
• Serve as the lab coordinator for internal and external site assessments and visits.

Requirements

• Ability to lead technicians and project team members.
• Experience in designing solutions for complex problems and managing multiple projects.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for lab equipment (training will be provided).
