Operations Leader

The company Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate is responsible for managing dark stores and hiring a team that leads day-to-day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
