Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing real estate operations with a focus on leasing and facilities management (FM). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the leasing and FM industry, particularly with a background in the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) real estate environment.

Key requirements include:

• Strong operational and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and property laws.
• Experience in property management and facility management operations.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the leasing and FM industry is mandatory.
