What You'll Be Doing
- Building and optimising global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions
- Planning, leading, and executing projects to enhance core payments infrastructure in collaboration with engineers
- Leading product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience
- Managing critical relationships with key vendors across the entire card lifecycle
- Identifying, planning, and executing improvements to optimise unit economics
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Familiarity working with AI
