Operations Manager - Healthcare / Hospitality

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and act as the primary liaison between the company and the Client, ensuring efficient service delivery, coordination, and operational performance across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other operational functions.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company, the Client, and key stakeholders.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and operational costs.
• Oversee procurement, contractors, service providers, and AMC contracts.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing, expenses, and client-chargeable costs with Finance.
• Prepare consolidated operational and performance reports and monitor KPIs, service standards, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-department operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and client management skills.
• Good understanding of manpower, cost control, procurement, and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
