Key Responsibilities
- Lead last mile operations for multiple sites/dark stores in a country with a team of Area Managers.
- Drive innovation, test new ideas, and ensure that best practices are followed safely.
- Focus on six key areas: Safety, People, Quality, Customer Experience/Speed, Productivity, Costs, and Environment.
- Maintain health and safety standards while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
- Accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, offering feedback, and providing development support.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
- Conduct strategic planning for the next three, six, and twelve months, focusing on peak-season planning.
- Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.
- Provide your team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.

- Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities.
