Operations Manager - Last Mile Leaders

If so, Ultra Fast Grocery is looking for a highly experienced operations manager to lead the last mile operations for the company Now (15 mins delivery) network. The successful candidate will be responsible for last mile operations through a multi-channel operation including Delivery Service Partners and 3P carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead last mile operations for multiple sites/dark stores in a country with a team of Area Managers.
• Drive innovation, test new ideas, and ensure that best practices are followed safely.
• Focus on six key areas: Safety, People, Quality, Customer Experience/Speed, Productivity, Costs, and Environment.
• Maintain health and safety standards while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
• Accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, offering feedback, and providing development support.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
• Conduct strategic planning for the next three, six, and twelve months, focusing on peak-season planning.
• Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.
• Provide your team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.
