Your Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of courier and logistics services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of e-commerce packages
- Manage hub/warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound package handling, sorting, and dispatch
- Draft SOPs and work with the Tech team on drafting system operations requirements and improving user experience on the company Ecommerce systems
- Supervise last-mile delivery execution and optimize delivery routes for cost-efficiency and speed
- Coordinate with the Tech team, clients, vendors, and finance team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Train and manage delivery associates, drivers, and operations support staff
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Utilize logistics software and tracking tools to manage orders, shipments, and fleet movement
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards in all operations
- Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports and analytics for senior management, highlighting performance trends and operational KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5–7 years of experience in courier/logistics operations, preferably in the e-commerce sector
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integration processes
- Experience with route optimization and fleet management technologies
- Knowledge of local and regional logistics regulations
