You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure products reach businesses efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities.
- Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through effective stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring, and process compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize warehouse productivity through efficient labor planning, space utilization, workflow improvement, and Lean-based operational excellence initiatives.
- Leverage WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting to improve visibility, support data-driven decisions, and ensure achievement of service and operational targets.
What You Bring to the Role
We are looking for an experienced operations leader who has:
- Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations, ideally in a multinational or regional distribution environment.
- A proven track record of leading large, diverse operations teams—including supervisors and frontline staff—through periods of growth and change.
- Demonstrated success managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance within a regulated, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and digital productivity tools; comfort working with data and reporting platforms to inform decisions.
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. An MBA, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.

- Relevant industry experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations within a multinational organization.
- Proven leadership experience with warehouse teams while driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Success in inventory management, warehouse optimization, stock control, cycle counting, workforce planning, and distribution center operations.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, inventory control processes, and warehouse performance reporting.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Professional certifications in warehouse operations, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement are advantageous.
